Currently occupied by Prosper Consulting - a 1st floor room, ideal for several people (26.8 square meters  / 288.5 sq ft). Prosper Consulting may consider moving to make this space available. We had people using this room on a long term basis for up to 7 people.

Second Floor:

Two smaller rooms are now available on the second floor.

Small office would suit one person: £200 / month

​Larger room would suit between one and four people: £450 a month

About

Positioned in the town of Harrogate, we have a fresh approach to office space. Our rooms are in a beautiful three-storey building in a convenient position close to the town centre. The rooms themselves have been recently redecorated, are spacious and roomy and suitable for office space or as a therapy/meeting room.

 

Room rates are competitive and our terms and conditions are flexible too. 

 

The rooms also feature an intercom door entry system for your convenience and security

 

The offices are close to the railway station and on major bus routes, making them easily accessible.

Shared kitchen with kettle, microwave, toaster, plenty of cupboard space and fridge/freezer. Male / female toilets with lobby area sink & cupboard.

We also offer parking at the rear - two tandem spaces - bookable via the Just Park app.

Security and safety

Building full alarmed throughout (fire and burglar). Modern intercom for all rooms linked to front door / automatic secure entrance system for guest and delivery communication with automatic door release. Secure coded access. 24 hour access.

Haywra Street office is 2 minutes walk from Harrogate town centre, train and bus station. Plus - all businesses / organisations have the option to obtain a council parking permit - one per organisation in the building.

York House is just a few minutes walk from most amazing shops, restaurants, cafés and bars which include the famous Betty’s Tea Rooms. The Valley Gardens and The Stray are also within a short walk.
