On the second floor, two adjoining rooms have recently become available. Ideally we wish to rent these rooms together as they work so well as a unit. There is a third room on this floor occupied by Prosper Consulting Ltd (Simon - the landlord) - if someone required three rooms on one floor we could look at moving rooms around to accommodate.

Both these rooms are front facing, bright and look out onto Haywra St.

Positioned in the town of Harrogate, we have a fresh approach to office space. Our rooms are in a beautiful three-storey building in a convenient position close to the town centre. The rooms themselves have been recently redecorated, are spacious and roomy and suitable for office space or as a therapy/meeting room.


Room rates are competitive and our terms and conditions are flexible too. 


The rooms also feature an intercom door entry system for your convenience and security


The offices are close to the railway station and on major bus routes, making them easily accessible.

Haywra Street office is 2 minutes walk from Harrogate town centre, train and bus station. Plus - all businesses / organisations have the option to obtain a council parking permit - one per organisation in the building.
